She’s been retired from Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office since September of 2014 and has been busy living out the next chapter of her life her way. Here’s her story in her own words, and pictures.
“I’m loving every minute [of retirement]. I’ve been horseback riding around my property and local parks, and fishing at a pond behind my house with my son. I’ve enjoyed spending some time with my family. I’ve also bought a tractor and trailer to work on my small ranch. And of course keeping up my flower gardens and cutting the grass! Next – I hope to get married soon and will then be doing some traveling. Retirement is so underrated!”
