New LEARN Conference and Annual Meeting format coming in 2027.

Beginning in 2027, the LAGERS LEARN Conference and Annual Meeting will both take place in October as part of one coordinated event week. While the meetings will remain separate and purpose-driven, bringing them together creates new opportunities for learning, collaboration, and convenience for employers, trustees, and members alike.

What’s Staying the Same

  • Employers will continue to receive the focused training, networking, and hands-on support they rely on for employer reporting and operational updates during LEARN.
  • Members and employers will still have a dedicated Annual Meeting experience featuring trustee elections, system updates, committee discussions, and member engagement opportunities.

What’s New

By aligning the events into a single week, attendees can expect:

  • More efficient travel and calendar planning with one coordinated event timeframe
  • Expanded programming opportunities through shared scheduling and resources
  • Greater collaboration and connection among employers, trustees, staff, and members
  • Enhanced access to staff and subject matter experts across both events
