Two trustees were reelected in uncontested elections during LAGERS’ 53rd Annual Meeting at the Lake of the Ozarks on October 29th-30th.
Frank Buck, Employer Trustee from DeKalb County was reelected to a four year term ending December 31, 2024. Mr. Buck has served as a trustee since 2002. Sandy Walker, Member Trustee from the City of Poplar Bluff was also reelected to a four year term ending December 31, 2024. Ms. Walker has served as a trustee since 2018.
The Missouri LAGERS Board is comprised of 7 members: 3 Employer Trustees who represent member employers of the system, but are not members of the system, 3 Member Trustees who are active members of the system, and one Citizen Trustee who is appointed by the Governor. LAGERS Board is a volunteer board who is responsible for ensuring LAGERS is appropriately governed and managed.
