LAGERS is proud of our long-standing commitment to excellence and is excited to share that the system
recently adopted a new strategic plan, Vision 2030: Our Drive to Be More. This comprehensive road map
outlines LAGERS’ vision, goals, priorities, and the actions needed to achieve them. For LAGERS, a strategic
plan helps ensure that all of our efforts align with our members’ best interests, helps allocate resources
effectively, and guides the organization toward long-term sustainability and success.
Our strategic plan focuses on four key areas:

- Organizational Excellence and Growth
Although you may not see much change on the surface, know that your LAGERS system is hard at work ensuring we maintain the premier retirement system you depend upon. In the coming fiscal year, some new strategic initiatives include enhancements to LAGERS’ technology to ensure your personal information remains secure, enhanced functionality of your myLAGERS account, including improvements to the direct deposit process, and more.
