Effective July 21, LAGERS has implemented new security measures.

Your security is important to us. To further protect your personal information, LAGERS has now implemented enhanced security measures that will require you to create new login credentials the next time you log onto myLAGERS even if you have a username and password. These changes include the introduction of multifactor authentication, which will help further ensure your personal information remains secure.
Why is MFA Important?
Passwords can be stolen, guessed, or hacked. MFA provides an additional layer of security, making it much harder for unauthorized individuals to access your accounts. By requiring multiple forms of verification, MFA also significantly reduces the risk of identity theft and fraud. While MFA may seem complex at first, it’s designed to be user friendly. When setting up your MFA on myLAGERS, the screens will guide you through a step-by-step setup process, and once it’s set up, using it becomes second nature. We hope our retirees find that the added security is well worth the few extra seconds it takes to log in.
What You Need to Do:
No action is required today. The next time you want to access your myLAGERS account, you must click “Enroll Now” on the login screen. Your old username and password will no longer work.
- Follow the prompts to set up a new username, password, and multi-factor authentication.
- Once you have created your new login, you may log in as usual and continue to enjoy
the same great features on your myLAGERS account. - We appreciate your cooperation and hope you continue to enjoy the security and
convenience of online access to your LAGERS information. If you require assistance
