The LAGERS Employer Administrators & Reporters Network Conference (LEARN) is an annual educational and networking event for LAGERS plan administrators. This year, we are excited to announce that the 2026 conference will offer expanded capacity, allowing more plan administrators to participate. The move to a larger venue will allow more space for sessions, expanded breakout opportunities, and increased networking opportunities.
Each year, LEARN features an extensive program that includes high-impact educational sessions, presentations from industry professionals, and discussions tailored specifically to LAGERS employers. Attendees will leave with the latest guidance on administering LAGERS benefits and valuable connections with LAGERS staff.
Who should attend?
All LAGERS employer contacts are encouraged to attend the LEARN Conference. This event is especially beneficial for professionals in finance, human resources, payroll, and administration.
When is it?
LEARN will be held May 13–14, 2026.
Where will it be held?
To support expanded attendance, the 2026 LEARN Conference will take place at the DoubleTree Hotel in Springfield, Mo., which offers increased capacity for both general and breakout sessions.
When does registration open?
General registration will open in March.
Does it cost to attend?
No. The LEARN Conference remains free to attend. Those who participate can also earn the Certified LAGERS Administrator (CLA) designation, a certification awarded to employer contacts who attend specified LAGERS events. Simply complete the online form before the conference to receive your certification.
