As the Andrew County Health Department's Director of Clinical and Emergency Operations, Jayne's mantra is, “what is best for public health.” Her nominator says that no matter the challenge, Jayne’s unrelenting commitment to doing what is best for public health in her community has brought great growth and innovation to the department, their community, and the entire region. Jayne describes herself as passionate about her work and notes her particular love of building grassroots coalitions within her community.
