The statutory purpose of the LAGERS Annual Meeting is so LAGERS members can elect trustees to the LAGERS board, but the meeting has evolved into much more. Attendees gain valuable information about LAGERS through presentations and face-to-face contact with LAGERS staff and trustees. The meeting also provides an excellent opportunity for members to interact with peers from other local government agencies.
